Music at the Market
We’d Love to Hear You perform at the Boise Farmers Market
We love having musicians play at the Boise Farmers Market!
Our BFM music program is organized by the market manager. Below are some basic rules of playing music at the market:
Electronic amplification is not allowed, acoustic instruments only
Loud or disruptive playing, singing or performances are not allowed as it impedes communication between vendors and customers
Music can be played between 11am and 1pm, and musicians can perform for as short or as long as they would like during that time
Music must be performed in a location that is approved by the Market Manager
Musicians are allowed to have a donation jar out while performing but cannot actively solicit for donations from shoppers. Performances at the market are not compensated by BFM (it is busking style!)
Please send a music sample and any additional information to our market manager at the following email address: manager@theboisefarmersmarket.com
