What to expect at the Walk-Thru Market?

Boise Farmers Market is an agriculture and food focused farmers market featuring locally grown and produced products. With over 100 participating vendors throughout the market season, you are sure to find local produce, protein and products you will love! Each week you will find an abundance of goods available celebrating the seasonality of Idaho’s agricultural systems.

What will you find at the market? Lots of seasonal local produce and herbs including garden plants in the spring and fall. A variety of locally raised meats including beef, pork, lamb, rabbit, goat, chicken and turkey plus eggs. Seafood and fish from our local fish farmers and our fisherfolk who live locally and fish in Alaska. Cheese made from fresh local cow, sheep and goat milk. Specialty foods such as breads, pastries, kombucha, hummus, cookies, soups, pasta, jams, and so much more. Handmade items for home, kitchen and garden. Coffee and delicious food highlighting local produce that can be eaten onsite.

Parking: Traffic changes are being implemented at Americana and Shoreline Drive. Americana Boulevard will remain open to northbound and southbound traffic at the intersection, but vehicles will not be able to turn onto Shoreline Drive from Americana. Please see the included map here for a visual of the closure areas. Drivers can enter the market by turning onto 13th or 14th street from River Street, and entering the market from Shoreline Drive to park on the lot for the BFM Walk-Thru Summer Market. The Summit Dental lot is reserved for drive thru operations, and volunteer and staff parking only.

Accessible parking can be found on the east side of the parking lot near the market entrance on Spa Street.

No dogs, other than registered service animals, are allowed at the Walk-thru Market. We ask that you please leave your dogs at home.

The BFM Drive-Thru

The BFM Drive-thru is open for orders every Tuesday at 7am until Wedneday at 11pm. Place your order and schedule for drive-thru pick-up on Saturday between 8:45am - 10:45am. Limited deliveries are also available. There is a great selection of fresh, local produce, meats, and other goods in the online store now!

The BFM Drive-thru is also a great way to pre-order items before shopping at the BFM Walk-thru Market. If there are items that you want to make sure you get, order ahead through the BFM Drive-thru, and pick up your order before or after you do your shopping at the Walk-thru Market!
