Vendor Drop-off and Setup Instructions
Hi there Boise Farmers Market Team!
Below is the map for drop off at the drive-thru and set up for the walk-thru. Please read all the instructions and do the best you can to be careful when on site. We all will need to bring our patience and understanding, and help each other out when needed.
Guidelines for those who are doing both markets:
- 5 MPH on the lot at all times, please.
- NOTE one way grid on market footprint - DO NOT go the wrong way, please.
- Enter off of Shoreline Drive ONLY.
- Drop off drive-thru items first - the volunteers start picking at 7:45 a.m. to be ready for the first pick up which is at 9:00 a.m. so all items need to be in place by 7:30 a.m. Please Note: If you are only bringing a few items for the drive-thru, it’s fine (and probably easier) to park and walk your products over.
- After drop off please circle around BELOW the drive thru as shown on the map to enter the appropriate row for you to unload.
- Know your booth number and location before you arrive.
- Enter the market footprint on the path that makes the most sense for unloading in your booth number. Please drive in front of the red canopies, then turn down your row.
- Please unload quickly - DO NOT setup your canopy or anything else - move your vehicle off the lot as soon as possible and walk back to set up.
- Exit onto Spa Street and proceed behind the building to 14th Street then to Shoreline to park in the vendor parking near the Pantry Restaurant sign.
- ALL Trailers please park off of Shoreline under the Pantry Restaurant Sign.
Please Note: If you are unable to walk that far you can park across Spa Street near the pods or in the lot on the side of the building. Please do not park there if you can walk across the street, as you will be taking up customer parking. If this doesn’t work for you, please call me to discuss at 415-602-4174.
