It's time to "Meat Me at the Market" and explore local ranchers and restaurateurs who not only raise and prepare delicious protein (beef, chicken, lamb, pork, etc.), but also use regenerative and practical ranching practices.These practices ensure better stewardship of the land and environment, while providing the highest quality products to serve local customers and supportive businesses.  Lisa and Debby Wilsey of Wilsey Ranch will discuss being founding members of the Boise Farmers Market and the promises that come with best practices and customer trust. Debra Bruner with Little Cow Mountain will explain regenerative ranching and its effects on business and the land. Bittercreek Ale House will speak to the difference in quality when using local protein from trusted sources and their commitment to local.

The event is free and will feature local hors d'oeuvres from Chef Adan Callsen (Under the Table Boise) as well local drinks.
